Programming the building involved numerous meetings with the different departments to assess their needs. The resulting plan required removal of a metal building addition and construction of additions on the east and west sides of the remaining 7,465 sf office. The new additions combined are 17,912 sf making 25,370 sf total. The total project cost was $2,353,604, well below the estimated $2.5 million.

NPSR and PVT worked together to create a cutting-edge technology-oriented facility to showcase their capabilities. The board, conference, and meeting rooms are connected with teleconferencing technology and are able to communicate with PVT offices across southeastern New Mexico.
