The addition is a 14,033 sf Physicians' Clinic, 1,930 sf Emergency Room expansion, and 1,807 sf remodel to the existing facility. Included in this project are eight Doctors' Offices, 20 Examination Rooms, Laboratory, Procedures, Emergency Room, and Special Care Facilities.

The addition consists of 6,800 sf of new construction, and 1,200 sf of remodeling to the existing facilities. This project contains Counseling Offices, File Storage, Waiting Room, Restrooms, Conference Room, Treatment Rooms, and an interior Courtyard. Brad Nesser designed the original 6,200 sf facility while with another firm.

A new 7,000 sf Medical Clinic for Obstetrics and Gynecology. Clinic includes 15 Examination Rooms, Procedures Room, Laboratory, Doctors' Offices, Administration Area and Waiting Room. The facility was designed for expansion as the practice grows.
