Victory's need for a larger Sanctuary led to the construction of a 90' diameter geodesic dome. The dome rests on a 12' tall perimeter wall making the ceiling an inspiring 35' above the floor. The acoustics of the dome are near perfect. Even though the Sanctuary is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, the Pastor rarely needs it.

The Church is able to project presentations and hymns from the Audio-Visual Booth at the back of the Sanctuary onto the walls framing the Baptistery. The Sanctuary includes Dressing Rooms, Choir Practice Area, Robe Storage, and Church Offices. The Lobby was created to tie the dome Sanctuary structure to the Fellowship Hall. Restrooms that serve both the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall were situated between the two.
